Soudal invests in Belgian ‘Foam System House’ Sapac
While continuing its extensive investment program at its various production sites, both in Belgium and abroad, Soudal is pleased to announce a new acquisition to further complete its product portfolio.
Soudal, with its headquarter in Turnhout (Belgium), will take over SAPAC P&R (Packaging & Recycling) specialized in producing PU Foam systems for the packaging and insulation industry. With this acquisition Soudal will continue its expansion with new technologies and applications offering insulation solutions.
Sapac P & R is a Belgian system house and manufacturer of extruded insulation foam machines with its customer base in the packaging and insulation market. Established more than a decade ago, Sapac offers its clients flexible, safe and maintenance friendly methods of packaging and insulation throughout its patented technologies.
Sapac is the market leader in the production of 2-component insulation foam machines for the production of protective packaging bags fitted with fully sealed swappable canisters. The company has achieved a leading position in the area of both safety as well as hygiene.
Sapac offers its client customized solutions, from assembly and machine maintenance, development and foam production adapted to the specific circumstances, up to the collection and recycling of the empty PU Foam canisters.
